YOUR CONTRIBUTION

As part of our small but experienced engineering team, you’ll help shape the future of senior care tech:

Think Like a Product Engineer: We believe the future of software development lies in engineers who think beyond code — understanding the users, the problem, and the full product experience.
Craft and Innovate: Design and develop features that make a real difference — from database schema to UI.
Collaborate and Elevate: Share knowledge in code reviews and product discussions; we value cross-functional input.

Stay Modern: Use the latest tools (including AI assistants and LLMs), but grounded in sound engineering practices.

REQUIREMENTS

Solid Foundation: Degree in Computer Science or equivalent knowledge, plus 5+ years of experience in software engineering.
Backend Expertise: Strong experience with PostgreSQL (design & optimization), GraphQL APIs, and TypeScript.
Stack Flexibility: Comfortable with React Native or modern frontend tools; willing to step in when needed.
Team Collaboration: You enjoy working with others, adapting to shifting roles as needed in a small team.
Problem Solver: You care about clean code, elegant architecture, and solving real-world user problems.
Bonus Skills (nice to have):
- AWS and Docker experience
- CI/CD pipelines
- PostGraphile, Prisma, or similar GraphQL/ORM stacks
- Performance tuning (database and API)
